摘要
为了实现废旧产品的规模化和集约化的拆解与回收,目前简单粗放的工作模式迫切需要改变。必须从人机工程学的角度来设计和布置拆解设备、拆解线的总体结构。从废旧产品拆卸过程中的工作环境、拆解线布局、拆卸工具、工作姿势等方面分析了人机工程学在产品拆卸领域中的发展和研究现状,并在此基础上讨论了产品拆卸中人机工程学研究存在的问题。
In order to employ intensive and large scale approach in the domain of disassembly and recycling of end of life ( EOL) product, the current used simple and extensive working mode should be changed. It is important to design and arrange the overall structure of disassembly equipment and disassembly line in perspective of ergonomic. In this paper, the develop-ment and status of ergonomics in the domain of EOL product recycling are introduced and discussed from the perspective of working environment, layout of disassembly line, dismantle tools and working posture. Several problems which needed to be solved also discussed in the paper.
