摘要
随着海洋钻井技术的发展和要求,海洋钻机作业领域从浅海逐渐向深海发展,从1000~3000m的浅井逐渐向万米深井方向发展。井架是钻机的重要组成部分。海洋钻机的井架相比于陆地钻机,其结构更加复杂,工作环境更恶劣,因此海洋钻机井架位顺应工作环境的变化,结构形式也在不断变化。主要介绍了几种海洋钻机井架的结构特点及其适应的工作环境,提出了未来海洋钻机井架的发展趋势。
Along with the development of offshore drilling technology and requirements, the operational field of offshore drill-ing is gradually developed from the shallow to the deep sea, from 1000-3000 meters to ten thousand deep. Derrick is an im-portant part of the offshore drilling rig. Compared with the land rig, the structure of derrick is more complex, and the working environment is even bad, so the structural form of the derrick on offshore rig is constantly changing with the working environ-ment. In this paper, the structural characteristics and the adaptive working environment of several offshore drilling rigs are mainly introduced, and then the development trend of future offshore drilling rig is put forward.
