摘要
以某三级叉车门架为例,分别采用各级门架单独建模和整体建模的方法对其进行应力应变分析,然后对该叉车门架进行应力应变电测试验,结合试验结果对叉车门架有限元模型进行评估,证明了在对叉车门架进行有限元分析时,采用整体建模的方法更高效、可靠性更高.
Taking the triple mast as an example, single modeling to different levels and overall modeling methods are used for stress-strain analysis. Then we conduct stress-strain electrical experiments, and evaluate the finite element model of the forklift mast based on the experiment results, which verifies it's more efficient and reliable within overall modeling method when having finite element analysis for the forklift mast.
