摘要
预约是减少观众参观排队等候时间、提高博物馆观众管理便捷性的有效手段.上海科技馆“食物的旅行”展项在2015年9 月率先开始试行预约参与,笔者策划实施并见证了预约制从构想到实现的全过程,试图勾勒出其策划实施的全貌和细节,并根据运行经验提出关于科技馆展项预约制常规化建设的思考和建议.
Reservation system is an effective method to reduce the visitors’ waiting time and facilitate the convenience of management. Shanghai Science & Technology Museum has begun to adopt reservation system for "A Journey Inside" from September in 2015. The authors have been in charge of the organizational planning and implementation, and experienced the whole process of making the reservation system a reality, and try to depict the full view and details of it from conception to practice. Furthermore, we try to draw some suggestions for further development of the system based on the data of actual practice and operation.
