摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMSCs)在特定环境下能向骨、血管等组织细胞诱导分化,促进股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femeral head,ONFH)局部新生血管的形成及坏死区骨组织的修复替代,并具有易于获得、增殖速度快、免疫原性低等优点,可作为组织工程优质种子细胞,在早期股骨头坏死修复方面具有广阔的临床应用前景。本文就BMSCs治疗早期ONFH的研究进展作一综述。
ABSTRACT:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs)can differentiate into bone,blood vessel and other tissue cells under certain circumstances.Therefore,the transplantation of BMSCs can promote new blood vessel formation and repair necrotic bone tissue in the osteonecrosis of the femeral head.As ideal seed cells for tissue engineering,BMSCs have a wide prospect for clinical application in the repair of early-stage osteonecrosis of femoral head due to their advantages of easy obtainment,rapid proliferation and low immunogenicity.This paper reviews the research pro-gress in the treatment of early-stage osteonecrosis of femoral head with BMSCs.
