美国白蜡木干燥特性研究

Study of the Drying Characteristic of American Ash Wood

用百度试验对美国进口白蜡木干燥特性进行试验分析。结果表明:热水处理的试件与未处理的试件干燥特性有一定差异。热水处理白蜡木内部开裂等级最大为1级,截面变形等级最大为1级;而未处理白蜡内部开裂等级最大为2级,截面变形等级最大为2级,热水处理白蜡木干燥速度比未处理的试件稍快。确定了白蜡木干燥基准的基本条件,给出了未处理和热水处理白蜡木的参考干燥基准。

The drying characteristic of Ash wood imported from America was determined with the lOOt drying test method.The results showed that：there was obvious difference between the drying characteristic of specimen with and without treatment by hot-water.The initial checks and cross-sectional deformation of Ash wood treated by hot water were up to grade 1,however the initial checks and cross-sectional deformation of untreated specimen were only up to grade 2.The drying rate of treated specimen was slightly faster than the untreated specimen.The reference drying schedules of Ash wood specimen with and without treatment were proposed in the paper.
