摘要
T细胞免疫球蛋白黏蛋白分子-3(TIM-3)是新近发现的免疫负调控因子,它主要表达于Th1细胞,同时也表达于Th17细胞、CD8细胞、Treg细胞、NK细胞、单核细胞、DC细胞等免疫细胞,可与其配体半乳糖凝集素-9(Galectin-9)相结合,在免疫效应阶段通过清除炎症效应性T细胞,促进Treg细胞的增殖及抑制功能,诱导免疫耐受,为器官移植后Ac R或a GVHD的机制研究及免疫耐受的诱导提供了一条新的通路。
T cell immunoglobulin mucin-3(TIM-3) is a newly discovered negative immune regulatory factor,which mainly expresses on Th1 cells, and also expresses on other immune cells such as Th17 cells, CD8 cells, Treg cells, NK cells, monocytes, DC cells, and so on. The combination of TIM-3 and its ligand galactin-9 can eliminate effector T cells, simultaneously promote the proliferation and inhibition of Treg cells in immune effect phase, hence induce immune tolerance, which provides a new pathway for mechanism research and immune tolerance induction of Ac R or a GVHD in organ transplantation.
