专利信息的有效管理和应用在企业技术、产品研发过程中发挥着重要作用。而专利信息的管理涉及外部信息收集与利用、内部信息管理与运用两个方面,通过外部专利信息分析了解技术发展态势与竞争对手研发方向,通过内部专利信息梳理为专利运营做准备,两方面专利信息的综合利用能够起到通过企业合理的专利布局,达到对抗竞争对手的作用。

Effective management and use of patent information plays an important role in corporate technology and product innovation. The management of patent information contains two aspects, the collection and use of external information and internal information management and application. By analyzing the external patent information, the researchers can understand the technical development trend and the research direction of competitors, and by combing internal patent information, they can use these information to prepare for patent operation. Conjunctive use of the internal and external patent information can to make a scientifi c patent portfolio and to resist competitors＇ attacks.
