新型E-D反应器处理餐厨垃圾效能及微生态研究 被引量:2

摘要 研究了新型E-D厌氧反应器对餐厨垃圾的处理效能,并利用高通量测序分析了反应器内的微生物群落.结果表明,在餐厨垃圾进水COD为5 000 mg/L,HRT为20 h时,该反应器对餐厨垃圾具有良好的去除效果,COD去除率稳定在85%左右;且出水VFA与ALK分别稳定在4 mmol/L与30mmol/L左右.E反应器与D反应器内颗粒污泥EPS的总量分别为30.05 mg/g SS和38.34 mg/g SS.在反应器中,对于古细菌而言,Methanobacteriales、Methanomicrobiales、Methanosarcinales所占比例分别为61.69%、19.98%、18.03%,氢营养型产甲烷杆菌为优势种属;而对于总细菌而言,Firmicutes、Proteobacteria、Bacteroidetes、Synergistetes的比例分别占到了47.34%、15.04%、13.33%、8.4%,表明在该反应器内微生物的新陈代谢非常活跃,从而实现了有机物的有效去除. The performance of a novel E -D anaerobic reactor for treatment food waste was studied .Meanwhile , the microbiological community dynamics in the reactor were analyzed u-sing Illumina high-throughput sequencing .The results showed that the E -D reactor had good processing efficiency for treatment food waste .When influent COD was 5 000 mg/L and HRT was 20 h, and the COD removal rate was above 85%.The VFA and ALK concentra-tion in the effluent were 4 mmol/L and 30 mmol/L, respectively .Amount of total EPS in the E reactor and D reactor were 30.05 mg/gSS and 38.34 mg/gSS, respectively.For archaea, the abundance of Methanobacteriales , Methanomicrobiales , Methanosarcinales was 61.69%, 19.98%and 18.03%.The hydrogenotrophic methanogens was dominant .For bacteria, the abundance of Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, Synergistetes was 47.34%, 15. 04%, 13.33%and 8.4%.It was demonstrated that syntrophic metabolism was highly acti-vated in the reactor result in organic matter removal effectivity .
