全妊娠期正己烷暴露对母鼠妊娠结局和仔鼠生长发育的影响 被引量:2

Effects on pregnancy outcome and development of offspring rats with gestational n-hexane exposure

摘要 目的探讨全妊娠期正己烷暴露对母鼠妊娠结局和仔鼠生长发育的影响。方法 30只Wista母鼠随机分5组,在妊娠期第1~20d暴露于0、0.36、1.80、9.00和45.00g/m3正己烷,4h/d,观察对妊娠母鼠的体重增长、妊娠结局、仔鼠出生后第9~21d体重增长和成年后性器官脏器系数的影响。结果 45.00g/m3组妊娠鼠体重增长明显下降;随着暴露浓度增加,雌性活胎数与雌雄性别比明显下降;1.80、9.00和45.00g/m3组雌雄仔鼠第9~21d体重增长明显下降,9.00和45.00g/m3组成年雄性鼠性腺脏器系数明显下降。结论全妊娠期高浓度正己烷暴露有明显的发育毒性,这种效应能延续到出生之后,并影响雄性生殖器官的发育。 Objective To evaluate the effect of maternal n-hexane exposure on pregnancy outcome and development of offspring rats.Methods Thirty Wistar rats were divided into 5groups and inhaled 0,0.36,1.80,9.00and45.00g/m3 n-hexane for 4hours/day during gestation 1-20 days.Body weight gain during pregnancy,pregnancy outcome,body weight gain during postnatal days 9-21,testis,epididymis and ovary coefficients of the adult F1 rats were observed.Results Compared with the control group,body weight gain reduced significantly in 45.00g/m3 group.Live female births and gender ratio were decreased with increasing exposure concentration.Body weight gain of F1 offspring rats during postnatal days 9-21 reduced significantly in 1.80,9.00 and 45.00g/m3 groups,and the reproductive organ coefficients of male rats decreased in 9.00 and 45.00g/m3 groups.Conclusion High concentration of normal hexane exposure during the whole pregnancy period can induce obvious developmental toxicity in F1 offspring rats especially the male gonad,and this effectiveness can continue after birth even to the adult period.
