对我国犯罪学教学改革的思考

Thoughts on the Reform of Criminology Teaching

我国犯罪学教学改革的基本定位在于"卓越法律人才"大政指引、学科建设与教学经验总结、国外教学理念与方法借鉴、本土职业化需求四个维度上。在此基础上,内容改革为:改善犯罪学本体知识、凸显犯罪科学理论、建构刑事司法内容、开创科学方法、推进类型"犯罪史"形成;方法创新为:"技艺"知识法、"活动法"教学法、"诊所"教学法。

Criminology teaching reforms includes four aspects, namely, ＂ outstanding legal talent＂ policy guidelines, criminology disciplines and teaching practice lessons, foreign teaching idea and methods and local pro- fessional needs. It is needed to accomplish the following kinds of job： improve criminology knowledge, highlight crime scientific theory, construct criminal justice component, create the scientific method and promote the forma- tion of ＂criminal history＂ about different types of crimes. The practical methods include ＂art＂ knowledge teaching method, ＂active learning＂ teaching method, and ＂clinic＂ teaching method.
