摘要
目的建立吹扫捕集毛细管柱气相色谱法测定饮用水中7种挥发性卤代有机物的分析方法。方法针对二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、四氯化碳、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷和三溴甲烷优化吹扫捕集和气相色谱的实验条件。结果在所建立的实验条件下测得7种挥发性卤代有机物回收率在92.6%~105.3%之间,相对标准偏差为1.29%~6.63%,检出限为0.05~0.10μg/L。结论该方法分析速度快、简单、准确,可同时测定饮用水中多种挥发性卤代有机物。
[Objective]T o develop a method for determining 7 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water by purge and trap-gas chromatography with capillary column.[Methods] Aiming at dichloromethane, chloroform,1,1,1-trichloroethane,carbon tetrachloride, bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane, bromoform, the experimental conditions were optimized.[Results]Under the optimal experimental conditions, the recoveries of the 7 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were in the range of 92.6%-105.3%, the relative standard deviations were from 1.29%-6.63%, and the detection limit was between 0.05-0.10 μg/L.[Conclusion]Theis method is rapid, simple and accurate. Using the methods, a variety of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons coan be determined simultaneously.
