摘要
目的了解2011—2013年南京市溧水区手足口病(HFMD)流行病学特征,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法使用中国疾病预防控制信息系统数据,采用描述流行病学方法对2011—2013年溧水区HFMD发病情况进行分析。结果 2011—2013年溧水区共报告HFMD3 443例,2011年发病率最高(339.41/10万),之后呈下降趋势。重症病例70例,无死亡病例。全年有2个发病高峰,分别为4—7月和11—12月份。各镇均有发病,各镇间发病水平差异明显。男性发病高于女性,男女发病率差异有统计学意义。0~5岁儿童占总病例的95.56%。绝大多数病例为幼托儿童和散居儿童。245例HFMD病例病原检测结果:EV71、Cox A16、其他肠道病毒分别占实验室诊断病例的38.10%、25.17%、36.73%。重症病例以EV71感染为主。结论溧水区手足口病季节、地区、性别、年龄及人群分布特征明显。5岁以下幼托和散居儿童是HFMD防控的重点人群。不同年份优势毒株不同。
[Objective]To understand the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease(HFMD) in Lishui district from 2011-2013, provide basis for formulating the control measures.[Methods] Using the data of China disease control and prevention information system, the descriptive epidemiological method was adopted to analyze the incidence of HFMD in Lishui district from 2011-2013.[Results] A total of 3 443 cases of HFMD were reported in Lishui district from 2011-2013. The incidence of HFMD was highest in 2011(339.41/100 000), then decreased. There were 70 severe cases, no death case was reported. There were two peaks of incidence, one was from April to July, the other was from November to December. The cases were reported in all towns, and there was significant difference in incidence rate among different towns. The incidence rate in males was higher than that in females, and the difference was statistically significant. The children aged 0-5 years old accounted for 95.56% of the total cases. Most of cases were kindergarten children and scattered children. EV71, Cox A16 and other intestinal virus accounted for 38.10%, 25.17% and 36.73% of laboratory diagnosis cases, respectively. The severe cases were mainly caused by EV71 infection.[Conclusion]There are obvious characteristics in season, region, gender, age and population distribution of HFMD in Lishui district. The key population for the prevention and control of HFMD is the kindergarten and scattered children under 5 years old. The superiority strains are different in different years.
