邢台地区城乡幼儿园儿童龋齿患病情况调查

Investigation on prevalence of dental caries among children in urban and rural kindergartens of Xingtai area

目的了解邢台地区幼儿园儿童龋齿患病情况,比较邢台地区城乡幼儿园龋齿患病差异,为开展儿童龋齿预防提供依据。方法对邢台地区农村和城市各12所幼儿园共4 286名儿童进行了口腔检查,用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果 4 286名儿童龋齿患病率为52.94%,其中农村儿童龋齿患病率为55.98%,明显高于城市儿童龋齿患病率的49.95%(χ2=15.643,P<0.01);随着班级的由低变高,患龋率逐渐增高(χ2=164.465,P<0.01)。小班儿童城乡患龋率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),农村中班和大班儿童患龋率高于城市(P<0.05);患龋齿儿童的龋齿填充率为1.77%,农村龋齿填充率仅为0.91%,明显低于城市龋齿填充率的2.61%(χ2=34.322,P<0.01)。结论邢台地区农村幼儿园儿童龋齿患病率较高,龋齿填充率较低,应加强农村儿童牙齿防护及龋齿填充工作。

[Objec tive]To understand the prevalence of dental caries among kindergarten children of Xingtai area, compare the difference in prevalence rate of dental caries between urban and rural kindergartens, and provide the basis for prevention of dental caries among children.[Methods]The oral examination was performed among 4 286 children who were collected from 12 urban kindergartens and 12 rural kindergartens of Xingtai area, and the data were statistically analyzed.[Results]The prevalence rate of dental caries among 4 286 children was 52.94%. The prevalence rate of dental caries among urban children was 55.98%, which was higher than that among rural children（49.95%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=15.643, P〈0.01）. The prevalence rate of dental caries increased with increasing learning stage（χ2=164.465, P〈0.01）. In junior class, there was no statistically significant difference in the prevalence rate of dental caries between urban and rural kindergartens（P 〉0.05）. The prevalence rates of dental caries in middle class and senior class of rural kindergartens were higher than those of urban kindergartens（P 〈0.05）. The dental caries filling rate among children with dental caries was 1.77%. The filling rate in rural children was 0.91%, which was lower than that in urban children（2.61%）, and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=34.322, P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]In Xingtai area, the prevalence rate of dental caries among rural kindergarten children is high, while the dental caries filling rate is low. It is necessary to strengthen the dental protection and dental caries filling among rural children.
