Organ transplantation is a way to treat organ failure medical tools and techniques, it was quickly recognized by the medical community and wide spread it is a major scientific and technological achievements. At the same time it benefit the mankind, also make humans into the ethical dilemma. Organ transplant ethics is to explore the moral responsibility of receptors, donor, medical staff and social which was aim at organ transplant ethics, theoretical basis on the principle of voluntary and fairness. This paper aims to explore the theoretical principles to standardize and improve organ transplant through dissect the organ transplantation and ethical principles. Making the organ transplantation technology can achieve a better development and services the human health in a greater degree.
