肠梗阻是外科常见的急腹症,其发病率较高。彩色多普勒作为诊断肠梗阻的重要检查手段其优越性明显高于X线,可为临床提供肠梗阻的直接和间接影像依据,作为首选的检查方法。本文归纳了肠梗阻超声诊断研究中的关键问题,指出了诊断方法的主要进展,值得大力提倡与推广。

Color Doppler as an important examination method for diagnosis of the intestinal obstruction, its superiority is obviously higher than that of X-ray, which can provide the basis for the direct and indirect imaging of the intestinal obstruction, In this paper, the key problems of the ultrasonic diagnosis of intestinal obstruction were summarized and the main advances of the diagnostic method were pointed out.
