龙海市2011-2014年预防接种异常反应监测分析

目的通过汇总分析龙海市2011-2014年的疑似预防接种异常反应监测数据,评价预防接种的安全性及监测系统运转情况。方法用描述性流行病学方法分析监测数据。结果 4年累计报告83例疑似预防接种异常反应,累计接种828 408剂次疫苗,发生率为1.00/万。其中一般反应77例,占报告总数的92.77%,异常反应4例(4.82%),偶合症2例(2.41%)。发生率在前三位的疫苗分别为兰菌净(9.96/万)、23价肺炎疫苗(4.09/万)、流感(裂解)疫苗(2.48/万)。结论龙海市疑似预防接种异常反应监测具有一定的敏感性。
