噪声岗位职业健康检查结果分析

目的了解生产性噪声对作业工人听力和心血管系统的影响，及时发现受损情况，采取有效措施。方法对115名噪声作业工人进行职业健康体检并进行统计学分析。结果工龄〈5年组、5～15年组和〉15年组听力损失发生率分别为4．6％、10．1％、16．3％，听力损失随工龄增加而增加，不同工工龄组间听力损失比较，差异有统计学意义。心电图异常率分别为10．1％、16.8％、31．0％，高血压发生率分别为28．4％、19.2％、18．4％，差异均有统计学意义。结论长期处在噪声环境巾，听觉系统和心血管系统都会受到不良影响，随着工龄的增加影响越大。因此建议加强职业健康监护，采取防护措施，控制职业性噪声聋发生，保证噪声岗位人员的身体健康。

Objective To understand the productive noise impact on the operation of the workers＂ hearingand cardiovascular system, found that the damage in time, take effective measures. Methods On 115 noise workers in occupational health check-up and statistics analysis. Results The length of 〈5 years group, the 5 15 year group and 〉 15 years group, the incidence of hearing loss is 4.6%, 10.1% and 16.3%, respectively, hearing loss increased with the increase of length of service, different length of hearing loss between groups was statistically significant. Rate of abnormal electrocardiogram （ecg） were 10.1%, 16.8%, 31.0%, the incidence of hypertension were 28.4%, 19.2%, 18.4%, and differences were statistically significant. Conclusions In the noise environment for a long time no adverse influence on auditory system and cardiovascular system, with the increase of length of the greater the impact. Suggestions to strengthen the occupational health, therefore, to take protective measures for the control of management of occupational noise deafness, ensure the noise post personnel＇s physical health.
