康复理念对脑膜瘤手术患者围术期康复影响

Rehabilitation concept on the perioperative rehabilitation of patients with meningioma surgery

目的探讨脑膜瘤手术中应用快速康复外科(FTS)理念对患者围手术期不适感及康复效果的影响。方法将2012年1月-2014年12月在吉林市北华大学附属医院行手术治疗的脑膜瘤患者84例,随机分为对照组42例(行常规护理)和观察组42例(采用FTS理念下的护理措施),比较两组围术期不适感及康复情况。结果观察组患者围术期饥饿感、口渴感及体温降低等不适感发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑膜瘤患者中应用快速康复外科理念有利于减轻患者围手术期不适感,对于促进患者康复有着重要意义。

Objective To explore the application of fast track surgery in meningiomas surgery （FTS） influence of the concept of perioperative discomfort and rehabilitation effect. Methods 84 cases of surgical treatment of meningioma patients from January 2012 to December 2014 in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group 42 cases （routine nursing） and observation group 42 cases （using the nursing measures under the concept of FTS）, compared two groups of perioperative discomfort and rehabilitation. Results In the observation group, the patients in perioperative period of hunger, thirst and decrease of body temperature and other discomfort incidence rate lower than the control group, the difference was obvious, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The application of rapid rehabilitation in patients with meningioma is beneficial to reduce the discomfort of patients in peri operation period, has the important meaning to promote the rehabilitation of patients.
