目的通过2013年天津市CDC组织的病原学检测质控考核结果比对,验证实际检测能力,总结提升实验室样品检测水平与能力及经验。方法选取天津市2013年疾控系统实验室间的质控盲样,进行比对检测。结果天津市CDC的质控考核结果反馈,全部符合。结论质控考核结果表明,本中心检测能力体系建设初见成效,病原微生物检测水平、检测能力均有显著性提高。

Objective Through in 2013 Tianjin CDC organized the etiological cletectlon ot quality control assessment result comparison to verify actual detection capabilities, found the problem and to give timely resolved, enhance the ability and level of the laboratory sample testing. Methods Selection of the quality control system of the disease control system in Tianjin city in 2013, the quality control of the blind sample, for comparison testing. Results Tianjin CDC quality control assessment results feedback, the results are all in line with. Conclusions The results of quality control assessment showed that the system had achieved theinitial success, the detection level of pathogenic microorganisms and the ability of detection were significantly improved.
