摘要
介绍了一种以Contex-M3为内核的ARM(LPC)系列高性能微控制器为核心,基于RS485总线通信的DSP板测试平台系统设计方案,详细阐述了其设计思路,并介绍了各模块组成及相互的通信方式。经过对待测DSP板的DO、DI、AD等各回路功能测试和验证,结果表明该测试平台软件能够满足多种DSP板的测试,同时也明显的提高了测试效率。
In this paper,a high performance Contex-M3 ARM processor as its core is used to design DSP test platform based on RS485.Then discussing the overal design of the DSP test platform,the communication of each modules wil be describe.After the DO,DI,AD performance of DSP have been tested and used in actual operation,the results show the test platform could be widely used in the test of DSP,and which improve production efficiency.
