摘要
对装载机作业机构连接三角板的承载静态受力进行了理论计算,运用Hyperworks对连接三角板进行有限元网格前处理和后处理,对三角板最高位置时的静态受力进行了有限元分析,通过CAE有限元计算和分析,得出载荷应力分布和变形分布,得出最大应力为128.8Mpa,小于314Mpa的材料允许应力,最大变形量仅0.89mm的结论,为下一步安全性设计和拓扑优化打下基础。
The triangle is used to connect loader hood and lift arm,which is mainly for loading.In order to ensure the safe,this paper analyzes the strength and check its stability.The model of the triangle is modeling in Hyperworks with finite element analysis.Through finite element calculation and analysis in CAE,and acquire the stress distribution and deformation distribution,whose conclusion is that the maximum stress 128.8 MPa is less than material al owable stress 314 MPa and the minimum deformation is only 0.89mm.
