文章对电子文件的"逆向运动"进行了反思。首先查找了"逆向运动"一说的起源,进而对电子文件在实际工作的运动过程进行了调查,并对电子文件的运动过程进行逻辑思考,认为电子文件是工作的副产品,工作不能后悔,文件自然也不会逆转运动。最后提出文件生命周期理论仍然适用于电子文件,决定文件运动状态的不是载体形态的变化,而是业务活动的规则。
