摘要
以四川省S高校教师为样本,研究了高校教师的薪酬激励、激励效果与工作绩效的影响关系.运用实证研究方法,引入薪酬激励效果作为中介变量,建立薪酬现状感知、薪酬激励效果与工作绩效的关系模型进行分析.结果显示高校教师薪酬激励感知对于其工作绩效有显著影响,并且薪酬激励通过激励效果对工作绩效产生作用,人口统计学变量对高校教师薪酬激励感知与工作绩效有显著差异.研究结果为高校提升教师薪酬激励效果,改进工作绩效提供实证依据.
Taking an university in Sichuan province as sample, this paper explores the relationship between teachers' current sala- ry incentive and job performance through empirical analysis. This research has established the university teachers' salary incentive fac- tors model, and found that university teachers' salary incentive perception was significantly positively related to job performance though the mediating and moderating variables. University teachers' salary incentive can predict and explain teachers' job performance. Vari- able such as gender, age, education level, job title, working years, and income years of university teachers has played an important role on salary incentive effect and job performance.
