连翘苷是连翘药材中一种重要的木脂素类活性化合物,不仅在原药材中含量较高而且研究发现其具有多种药理活性。本文对近年来连翘苷的提取方法、药理毒理以及药动学等相关研究进展进行了综述,以便为其进一步研究提供参考和建议。

Phillyrin is an important lignans compound from Forsythia. It is not only found in the raw medicinal material with high content, but also shows a variety of pharmacological activities. In the paper, the recent advances in extraction methods, pharmacologytoxicology, pharmacokinetics and the other studies of phillyrin were reviewed in order to provide reference and suggestions for the further research.
