摘要
目的:建立抗601合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse Plus-C_(18).(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇:0.1%磷酸溶液(48:52),检测波长为280 nm,柱温为室温(25℃),流速为0.8ml·min^(-1),进样体积为20μl。结果:黄芩苷测定质量浓度在18.897~188.975μg·ml^(-1)范围内与其相应峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为99.86%,RSD为0.32%(n=9)。结论:该方法专属性、重复性、准确性好,可用于抗601合剂中黄芩苷的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of baicalin in Kang 601 mixture. Methods: An HPLC method was adopted. An Agilent Eclipse Plus-C18 column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used at room temperature (25 ℃ ) and eluted by methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(48: 52) with a flow rate of 0.8 ml min-1. The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results: A good linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of baicalin within the range of 18. 897-1 88.975 μg ml - 1( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.86% ( RSD = 0.32%, n = 9 ). Conclu- sion: The established method is specific, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the determination of baicalin in Kang 601 mixture.
