摘要
目的:对妇洁洗液的质量标准进行研究。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中主药苦豆子、蛇床子、冰片进行定性鉴别采用高效液相色谱法对苦豆子中苦参碱的含量进行定量测定。结果:TLC色谱斑点清晰朋性样品无干扰,鉴别法专属性强;HPLC测定苦参碱在0.0130~1.300 Omg·ml^(-1)范围内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为97.1%,RSD为1.7%(n=6)。结论:该方法准确、重复性好,可有效控制妇洁洗液的质量。
Objective ： To study the quality standard for Fujie lotion. Methods ： The qualitative identification of Sophora alopecu- roides L, Cnidium monnieri （ L. ） Cuss and bomeol was detected by TLC. The quantitative determination of matrine was detected by HPLC. Results： The identification by TLC was highly specific, and the content determination method was accurate and repeatable. The linear range of matrine was 0.013 0-1.30 mg ml -1, and the average recovery was 97.1% with RSD of 1.7% （ n =6）. Conclusion： The standard can effectively control the quality of Fujie lotion.
