警察步行巡逻盘查的警觉能力研究

The Research on Police's Vigilance Ability of Foot Patrol Interrogation

借鉴警觉理论在竞技对抗体育中的相关研究,目的是提高警察在步行巡逻盘查活动中的警觉意识,以及提高人民警察在步行巡逻盘查过程中及时、有效地捕捉可疑信息,发现、制止犯罪的能力。通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法,运用和借鉴认知心理学中警觉理论的研究成果,探究如何提高在警务实战中警察根据警情等周边环境变化情况合理利用判断、选择、控制、集中等的警觉能力以及民警对巡逻盘查过程中遇到的可疑危险警情做出的准确判断力。这有利于人民警察在步行巡逻盘查过程中快速反应、准确决策、高效处置,提高人民警察在步行巡逻盘查过程中的安全有效执法能力。另外,以我国人民警察在步行巡逻盘查过程中的运用警觉理论及意识的不足为研究重点,为警察在步行巡逻盘查中快速出击并对潜在犯罪情况或危险警情的处置提供新思路、新方法。

Drawing lessons from relevant studies on applying the vigilance theory to competitive sports, this research aims to enhance the police＇s vigilance and their abilities of timely getting suspicious information, discovering or stopping crimes in the processof foot patrol interrogation. By utilizing the methods of document literature and expert interview, as well as the vigilance theory generated from cognitive psychology, the article discusses that properly using the vigilance abilities such judgment, choice, control and focus can help the patrolling police respond quickly, judge accurately and handle the situation efficiently under the circumstances filled with potential risks, and therefore to enhance the law enforcement ability of the police performing the duty of foot patrol interrogation. In addition, the article focuses on the deficiencies of application and awareness of vigilance theory in practice, and intends to provide the police with new ideas and methods conducive to handling potential crimes or risks under the circumstances of foot patrol interrogation.
