接纳与承诺疗法(ACT)在高校艺术群体心理健康教育中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 文章对ACT疗法的历史背景和治疗模型进行了阐述,并探讨其在高校艺术群体心理健康教育工作中应用的优势。文章的创新之处在于提出了在接纳与承诺疗法中引入唯物辩证法的观点,以期对高校艺术群体心理健康教育工作提供更多的选择途径。
