摘要
随着我国液压技术水平的不断提高,液压驱动卷筒卷绕逐步替代机械驱动卷筒卷绕技术做为起重设备的重要组成部分已成为大趋势。在使用过程中,经常会出现两个卷筒正负载回收工况、负负载释放工况同时同速的同步作业情况,现依据现场的应用情况,将不同工况下液压驱动的两个卷筒同步方法进行对比与分析,为节能型、可靠性液压绞车设计、开发提供设计依据,方案具有重要的工程应用前景。

In the use process, of- ten there will be two reels are load recovery condition, negative load release mode and synchronous operation with the same speed, on the basis of field application, the different conditions of hydraulic driven two roll synchronization methods are compared and analyzed, to pro- vide the basis for the design of energy saving, reliability design, hydraulic winch development scheme, which has the important application prospect.
