液压油节能性能评定台架的建立及试验方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 根据液压泵效率与节能比值计算模型,选择Komatsu HPV35+35柱塞泵作为试验泵,建立了节能测试台架系统及试验方法。在适当的温度和压力条件下,通过测量泵流量、转速、扭拒、加载压力等参量,计算出一种油品相对于另一种油品的节能比值。参比油测试表明,台架参数控制准确,台架试验能够较好地评价液压油品的节能效果。 The energy-saving test bench and test method were set up according to hydraulic pump efficiency and calculation model of ener- gy-saving ratio by choosing Komatsu HPV35+35 piston pump as the test pump. In the proper temperature and pressure condition, the ener- gy-saving ratio of oil relative to another kind of oil was calculated by measuring the parameters including flow, speed, torque and pressure. Reference oil test results showed that test bench parameters were controlled precisely and bench test could better evaluate the energy-saving effect of hydraulic oil.
