摘要
针对起重机卷扬制动器密封质量反馈率高、使用寿命低的问题,进行了分析和改进,设计了一种新型的制动器密封结构,该密封结构简单,使用过程中摩擦阻力小,密封效果良好,有效解决了制动器密封失效问题,延长无故障使用寿命,并通过了主机厂实际验证。
With respect to the high feedback rate and low service life of the sealing quality of the crane＇ s hoist brake, analysis and improve- ments were made and a new type of brake sealing structure was designed, with simple structure, small frictional resistance during use and good sealing effect, the new sealing structure effectively solved the sealing failure of the brake, prolonged failure-free service life, and passed the actual verification of OEM.
