新医改背景下临床药学工作探索

On Clinical Pharmacy in the Context of New Medical Reform

目的:探讨在新医改背景下,我院临床药学工作从专职团队逐步走向全员参与的路径和方法。方法:通过系统的临床药学理论知识培训、临床药学查房、处方及医嘱点评、药学咨询、药讯编写以及药品不良反应监测等临床药学各项工作,对我院全体药师进行在职培养,壮大临床药学人才队伍。结果与结论:我院现阶段临床药师在职培养模式尚有不足之处,合理的改进措施可以促进临床药学人才培养的可持续发展,并最终满足我国医疗改革的需要。

Objective： To explore the ways and means of clinical pharmacy development under the background of new medical reform. Methods： For expanding the team of clinical pharmacists all pharmacists in our hospital were received systematic on-the-job training through clinical pharmaceutical knowledge lectures, ward-round, prescription comments, pharmacy consults, pharmacy news writing, adverse drug reaction monitoring, and so on. Results and Conclusion： There are still deficiencies of the current mode of clinical pharmacist training in our hospital. It is suggested that we improve the training model, so as to satisfy with the medical reform in China.
