探索跟踪式药学服务对高脂血症患者自我管理水平的影响

Study on the Effects of Follow-up Pharmaceutical Service on Hyperlipidemia Patients′ Self-management Level

目的:研究跟踪式药学服务对高脂血症患者自我管理水平的影响,为更好地控制高脂血症提供参考。方法:选取2011年1月至2013年1月我院门诊确诊治疗的152例高脂血症患者,随机分为试验组与对照组各76例,试验组进行跟踪式药学服务,对照组提供常规在院用药咨询。研究开始前及结束后,分别观察两组患者高脂血相关知识知晓情况、自我管理水平及血脂控制情况。结果:开展跟踪式药学服务18个月后,试验组患者高脂血症相关知识知晓情况、自我管理水平、血脂控制达标率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:跟踪式药学服务可明显提高患者的自我管理水平,是控制高脂血症的有效途径之一。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effects of follow-up pharmaceutical service on hyperlipidemia patients′ self-management level, so as to provide references for effective control of hyperlipidemia, Methods： A total of 152 patients diagnosed with hyperlipidemia and treated as outpatients from 2011 January to 2013 January in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 76 cases in each group. The experimental group was provided with follow-up pharmaceutical service and the control group with routine medication consultation. Hyperlipemia related knowledge, self-management level and lipid control compliance rate were observed in two groups, respectively. Results： After 18 months follow-up pharmaceutical service, the correctness rate of related hyperlipemia knowledge, self-management level and lipid control compliance rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（all P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Developing follow-up pharmaceutical service improves hyperlipemia patients′ self-management level, which is an effective way to control hyperlipemia.
