饲粮中添加蛋白酶对单胃动物氨基酸消化率的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 作为动物本身可以分泌的内源酶的一种——蛋白酶,由于其特殊性、复杂性,一直以来都是作为复合酶的一个组分被使用。近年来由于养殖者对动物生产最大潜能的开发、蛋白原料价格的上涨以及由简单日粮向复杂日粮的转变,科研工作者对于单一蛋白酶和复合蛋白酶的研究也日渐增多。蛋白酶针对蛋白质中的肽键进行水解,最终的产物是氨基酸。因此,外加蛋白酶改善动物生长性能的前提主要是其能否对动物氨基酸消化利用率产生有利影响。文章主要综述了近年来关于蛋白酶对单胃动物氨基酸消化率方面的研究进展,以期与读者共享并揭开蛋白酶的神秘面纱。
