除风益损汤加减联合鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗鼻泪管支架植入术后复发性泪囊炎52例

Modified Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with dacryocystorhinostomy for treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis after stent placement in nasolacrimal duct: a study of 52 patients

目的:观察除风益损汤加减联合鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗鼻泪管支架术后复发性泪囊炎的临床疗效。方法:选择鼻泪管支架植入术后复发性泪囊炎患者52例(68只眼),行鼻腔泪囊吻合术,配合口服中药汤剂除风益损汤加减。术后随访半年至1年。结果:52例(68眼)中,治愈46例(61只眼),治愈率达89.7%;好转6例(7只眼),好转率达10.3%;无效0例(0只眼)。结论:除风益损汤加减联合鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗泪囊支架术后复发性泪囊炎成功率高,术后外观无明显改变,并发症少。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with dacryocystorhinostomy in the treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis after stent placement in the nasolacrimal duct. Methods：Fifty- two patients（68 eyes）with recurrent dacryocystitis after stent placement in the nasolacrimal duct were enrolled as subjects. All patients received dacryocystorhinostomy combined with oral administration of modified Chufeng Yisun decoction. A follow - up study of a half to one year was performed after surgery. Results ： In the 52 patients （68 eyes） ,46 （61 eyes） were cured, yielding a cure rate of 89.7 % ;6 （7 eyes） were improved, resul- ting in an improvement rate of 10.3% ;none of the patients （0 eye）had no response. Conclusion：In the treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis after stent placement in the nasolacrimal duct, modified Chufeng Yisun decoction combined with dacryocystorhinostomy achieves a high success rate and a low incidence of complications without any substan- tial changes in appearance.
