Analysis and verifying of factors influencing neuron specific enolase detection

摘要 目的验证影响神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测的各种影响因素。方法从受试者获得6组样本后,分别按照检验时间和是否冷冻保存进行分组,将常温放置的正常血清样本混合后分别加入不同浓度的胆红素,制备成不同浓度的黄疸样本,分别检测后通过统计学方法进行数据分析。结果神经元特异性烯醇化酶样本分别放置0.5 h、1 h、2 h和4 h后的检测结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),含量水平最高的为4 h的样本检测结果;冷冻组在放置0.5 h后其检测水平均值为(11.01±2.48)ng/ml,与常温放置的检测结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同浓度的黄疸样本检测结果与对照组结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清样本放置时间越长越容易造成溶血,神经元特异性烯醇化酶检测水平随着静置时间的增加而增加,建议取样后立即进行检测,黄疸样本无影响。 Objective To verify the influence factors of neuron specific enolase( NSE) detection. Methods The 6 groups of samples obtained from the subjects were grouped based on inspection time and whether going through cryopreservation. After blending the normal serum samples stored in normal temperature,cholerythrin with different concentrations was added respectively to prepare icterus samples of different concentrations. After icterus samples were inspected,data analysis was conducted with statistical approaches. Results NSE samples were placed in 0. 5 h,1 h,2 h and 4 h,and the test results had significant differences( P〈0. 05),the highest level of the sample test results was with the sample for placing 4 h; frozen in place for0. 5 h,and the average detection of NSE levels was( 11. 01 ± 2. 48) ng / ml,and compared with the placed at room temperature,the detection results were statistically significant on the difference( P〈0. 05). The test results of the jaundice samples in different concentrations were not statistically significant on the differences from that of the control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The longer the standing time of serum sample is,the more likely to cause hemolysis,and NSE test level will increase as the standing time increases. Therefore,it is suggested to test the samples immediately right after taking it,so that the jaundice sample is not affected.
