职业接触氟及其无机化合物生物限值的修订 被引量:2

Studies on occupational exposure to fluorine and the revision of the biological limit value of fluorides

摘要 目的修订适合我国实际情况的职业接触氟及其无机化合物生物限值,为我国研制新的职业接触氟及其无机化合物的生物接触限值提供可靠的数据支撑。方法选取湖北某铝业有限责任公司的电解车间、铝杆车间以及管理部门连续工作5年以上的工人141名,按照职业接触生物限值的研制方法,运用氟离子选择电极法测定职业接触人群尿中氟化物含量和工作场所空气中的氟化物浓度,建立两者的回归方程,代入工作场所中氟及其无机化合物的职业接触限值,计算生物接触限值。结果尿氟与空气氟化物的回归方程为:班前尿中氟化物:y=1.201 7x+0.505 9(r=0.91,P<0.05);班末尿中氟化物:y=2.112 2x+0.597 1(r=0.96,P<0.05)。职业接触氟的生物接触限值班前、班末尿氟浓度分别为2.91 mg/L、4.82 mg/L。结论本次研究的职业接触氟生物接触限值比原有2004年的标准有所降低,能够更好的保护职业接触氟人群的健康。 Objective To revise the biological limit value of occupational exposure to fluorine and fluorides,so as to provide reliable data support for the development of new limits for occupational exposure to fluoride and its inorganic compounds. Methods 141 subjects working more than 5 years from an aluminum factory in Hubei were selected,whom came from potroom,aluminum pole workshop and management department. The urinary fluoride content of occupational exposure workers and the concentrations of fluorides in the air of workplace were detected with fluoride selective electrode,according to the development of the biological limit value of occupational exposure to fluorine. Regression equation between them was established,occupational exposure limit value of fluorine and its inorganic compounds in the workplace was input to calculate the biological exposure limit value. Results The linear regression equation of urinary fluorine and the fluorides in air were: prior to shift was y = 1. 201 7x +0. 505 9( r = 0. 91,P〈0. 05),and end of shift was y = 2. 112 2x + 0. 597 1( r = 0. 96,P〈0. 05). The concentrations of urinary fluorine were respectively 2. 91 mg / L( prior to shift) and 4. 82 mg / L( end of shift). Conclusion The method have shown lower biological limit value of occupational exposure to fluorine and fluorides,compared with the standard in 2004,which could better protect the health of crowd exposed in fluoride.
