PCL压缩机焊接机壳专用线性预热装置的研制与应用

摘要 长输管线压缩机是我国西气东输重大项目工程中为天然气输气管道供给动力的重要核心设备装置,焊接机壳是该压缩机的重要定子部件。本文详细阐述了PCL压缩机筒形焊接机壳的专用线性预热装置的开发研制以及实际应用,为该类压缩机机壳进出风筒与筒体的相贯焊缝均匀预热要求提供强力的设备保障,降低了焊接裂纹的产生几率,提高了相贯焊缝的焊接质量。 The long distance pipeline compressor is the important core equipment of power supply for natural gas pipeline in China's major program of west to east gas pipeline project. The welding casing is the important stator component PCL long distance pipeline compressor. This paper expounds the development and application of PCL compressor welding casing special linear preheating device in the details. It has provided powerful safeguard for the uniform preheating requirement of this kind of compressor casing's intersecting weld of inlet and outlet of the flange and the cylinder. The rate of welding cracks are reduced and the welding quality of intersecting weld was improved.
