摘要
在短波红外天文探测应用中,背景辐射极低、信号电流极小,每秒仅产生几个光电子,为了实现较高的信噪比,探测器应具有极低的噪声。在目前国际主流天文应用红外读出电路源随器(SFD)结构的基础上,提出了一种改进型读出电路输入级结构设计,即行共用模块的单位增益缓冲器(UB)结构,在电路仿真中,实现了输入级等效输入噪声小于1e^-,线性度为0.994。
In the applications of shortwave infrared astrosurveillance,both the background radiation and the photocurrent are extremely small,and vary few photoelectrons will be generated in each second.So it demands that the ROIC must have ultralow noise performance.In this paper,an improved ROIC unit structure is proposed based on several astronomical infrared source follower per detector structures.The unit structure is a unit buffer with part of the devices shared in column.The new input unit achieves an extremely low noise level of lower than 1 e^-and linearity of 0.994.
