白内障患者血清及房水氧化应激及EGF、FGF、NO、TNF-α的变化

Study on the change of serum and aqueous humor oxidative stress and EGF,FGF,NO,TNF-α in patients with cataract

目的:研究探讨白内障患者血清及房水氧化应激及EGF、FGF、NO、TNF-α的变化情况。方法:选取本院收治的70例白内障患者,将其列为观察组,之后再选取同年收治的70例眼外伤患者为对照组,检测和对比两组房水氧化应激、血清及NO、EGF、TNF-α、FGF的变化水平,同时检测比较观察组患者中不同分期者的房水和血清。结果:观察组血清及房水CAT、SOD均低于对照组,血清及房水MDA及EGF、FGF、NO、TNF-α水平则均高于对照组,并且初发期、未成熟期、成熟期及过熟期患者的房水检测、血清差异对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白内障患者血清及房水氧化应激及EGF、FGF、NO、TNF-α的变化较大,且不同疾病分期者之间的差异也较为明显。

Objective： To investigate changes of oxidative stress states and EGF, FGF, NO, TNF-α levels in serum and aqueous humor of cataract patients. Methods： A total of 70 cataract patients treated in our hospital were included as observation group and 70 cases of ocular trauma were selected as control group. Then changes of oxidative stress states and EGF, FGF, NO, TNF-α levels in serum and aqueous humor were detected and compared between the two groups. Results： CAT and SOD levels in serum and aqueous humor of patients in the observation group were significant lower than that of the control group, hut MDA and EGF, FGF, NO, TNF-α levels in serum and aqueous humor were significant higher. Besides, changes of these parameters in serum and aqueous humor of patients with early stage, immature stage, mature stage and advanced stage were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Changes of oxidative stress states and EGF, FGF, NO, TNF-α levels in serum and aqueous humor of cataract patients are obvious, and status of patients at different progression stages are different.
