新乡市大学生避孕节育知识认知情况、避孕意识及需求调查

Survey on cognition,awareness and demand of contraceptive in Xinxiang college students

目的了解新乡市高校大学生对避孕节育知识的认知程度、避孕意识及需求,呼吁各大高校采用合理的教育方式对在校大学生普及避孕节育知识。方法根据新乡市高校大学生的特点,自行编制"新乡市高校大学生对避孕节育认知调查问卷",对2 000名大学生进行匿名问卷调查,内容包括基本情况,避孕节育状况,生殖健康状况。结果在校大学生避孕节育知识知晓率低;发生性行为的学生和未发生性行为的学生,其是否有避孕意识差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男、女生对避孕节育知识需求比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论新乡市高校大学生对避孕知识认知程度不够、避孕意识薄弱、避孕节育知识需求强烈,各大高校应采用合理的教育方式普及避孕节育相关知识。

Objective To understand university students＇cognition,awareness and demand of contraception in Xinxiang, call for colleges adopting reasonable ways of education for college students to popularize contraceptive knowledge. Methods According to the characteristics of Xinxiang college students, College Students Cognition Questionnaire on Contraceptive in Xinxiang is compiled.Then a survey on 2000 students in Xinxiang is made of influential factors including the basic situation, contraception, reproductive health.Results Contraceptive knowledge awareness of college students is low ,To choose students who have had sex action and those not,whether they have the consciousness of contraception difference is statistically significant （P〈0.05）;Male and female student of contraceptive knowledge de- mand is more significant difference （P〈0.001）.Conclusions To the college students in Xinxiang city, their knowledge level is not enough, birth control consciousness is weak and their demand for contraceptive knowledge is strong, colleges in Xinxiang city should adopt reasonable ways of education for college students to popularize contraceptive knowledge.
