半导体激光器传输特性的理论分析

摘要 本文从古典控制理论出发,对半导体激光器的传输特性进行了理论分析.在小信号的情况下,将半导体激光器视为线性孤立系统.把描述其物理过程的速率方程线性化,借用网络理论,得到表征其传输特性的四种传输函数;根据传输函数,得出其对光电输入信号的响应特性和相应的等效网络;依据传输函数和等效网络,对半导本激光器的传输特性进行了分析和综合. In this paper transmission characteristics of semiconducter lasers will be analysedon the basis of classical control theory.In the case of small signals semiconductor lasersare considered as an isolated linear system and the rate equation describing its physicalprocess is linearized;four sorts of transmission functions showing its transmission cha-racteristics have been obtained by using network theory; response characteristics to op-tical-electrical input signals and corresponsing equivalent network are then given ac-cording to the transmission functions,and trnsmission characteristics of semiconductorlasers are, in turn, analysed and synthesized according to the transmission functions andthe equivalent network.
