摘要
目的了解不同性别大学生营养状况、营养知识、态度、行为(KAP),为有针对性的制订科学的营养干预政策提供依据。方法采取整群随机抽样法对1 136名在校学生进行营养KAP问卷调查。使用体质质量指数(BMI,body mass index)评价学生的营养状况。结果学生营养不良率占15.3%,超重和肥胖占3.5%。男、女生营养不良率分别为8.1%和21.3%;超重、肥胖率分别占6.3%和1.2%。男、女生营养状况差异有统计学意义,女生营养知识、营养态度、营养行为及格率高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论大学生体质健康现状不容乐观,应开展营养健康知识教育,调整学生的膳食结构。
Objective To study the Nutritional Knowledge, Attitudes, dietary behaviors among Students and its related factors.To provide evidence for establish feasible strategy.Methods Cluster random sampling was carried out.Questionnaire was applied in 1136 students.BMI was applied to estimate students' nutritional status.Results The prevalence rate of malnutrition was15.3 % ,the rate of overweight and obesity was 3.5 %.The prevalence rate of malnutrition and overweight was 21.3 % and 1.2 % in girls,The prevalence rate of malnutrition and overweight was 8.1and 6.3 % in boys.The difference between the two groups is significant. In Nutritional Knowledge, Attitudes, dietary behaviors, girls' were better than boys' .Conclusions Nutrition education should be implemented to improve college students.
