南阳市宛城区布鲁氏菌病健康教育效果评价

Evaluation of brucellosis hygiene educational effect in Wancheng district of Nanyang

目的评价借助项目和联防联控工作支持,采取多种形式开展布鲁氏菌病(布病)健康教育效果。方法采用分层随机抽取布病重点人群、医务人员、布病病人和五年级学生共1295名,采用统一调查问卷进行布病防治认知和行为调查,并对历年健康教育等工作资料进行分析。结果重点人群布病知识知晓率、防护行为形成率、医务人员诊治知识知晓率分别为90.8%、81.6%、99.3%,与2010年相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。布病病人规范治疗率、急性期诊断率、诊断周期分别为93.3%、95.6%、29.4 d,与2009年相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论重点人群布病知晓率和防护行为形成率逐年上升,达到布病防治项目规定的80%以上标准。提高了医务人员诊疗水平和布病患者治疗规范性、减少慢性化,通过健康教育促进了布病防控工作。

Objective To evaluate the prevention effect and hygiene educational of Brucellosisbased on the project supporting and joint prevention and control work.Methods Randomlyselecting 1 295 person samples from susceptible people, person working at hospital, patient of Brucellosis and student,using questionnaire among these samples to study the awareness of related Brucellosis knowledge and analyzing the literature about recently hygiene work.Results The awareness ratio of Brucellosis knowledge among susceptible person, actively anti-disease behavior ratio and treatment of Brucellosis from medical staff are 90.8 %, 81.6 % and 99.3 % respectively.This results present significant in- crease compared to results collected in 2010 （P〈0.01）. The ratio of professional treatment for Brucellosis patient, ra- tio of diagnosis in acute period and diagnose time is 93.3 % ,95.6% and 29.4 days respectively.This results present significant increase compare to the result collected at 2009 （P〈0.01）.Conclusions The Brucellosis knowledge awareness ratio of susceptible person and related anti-disease behavior ratio increases year by year. This result has already exceed 80% which is required by Brucellosis project. The diagnosis level of medical staff and professional treatment for Brucellosis patient have been improved. The chronic Brucellosis case decreased. The prevention of Brucellosis is promoted by hygiene education.
