罗定市农村地区艾滋病病毒感染者和病人规范化管理模式探讨

Study on the standardized management of HIV-infected persons and HIV patients in rural areas in Luoding

目的探讨农村地区艾滋病病毒感染者和病人规范化管理模式。方法选择罗定市龙湾镇等四个乡镇为试点,采取市、镇级卫生部门分级管理方式,结合基本公共卫生服务工作对辖区确诊的艾滋病病毒感染者和病人进行管理。结果 CD4细胞检测率由2012年的66.50%提高到了2012年的90.51%;配偶检测率由2012的83.33%提高到了2014年的96.07%;治疗覆盖率由2012的81.66%提高到了2014年的85.19%;结论对于农村地区,这种市、镇二级管理模式是可行的。

Objective HIV infected persons and patients in rural area of standardized management mode.Methods The choice of Long-wan town and 3 other towns in Luo-ding city as a pilot, to take the city, town level health sector classification management mode, combined with the work of basic public health services of the area confirmed HIV infected persons and patients management.Results CD4 cell detection rate increased from 66.5 % in 2012 to 90.51% in 2014; the spouse detection rate from 2012 83.33 % to 96.07 % in 2014,the treatment coverage rate from 2012 81.66 % to 85.19 % in 2014.Conclusions For rural areas ,two level management mode of this kind of city ,town is feasible.
