非小细胞肺癌驱动基因及逆转耐药最新研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 肺癌目前是全球最具威胁性肿瘤疾病之一,发病率或死亡率均居世界首位。随着人们生活环境逐渐恶化,每年新增肺癌患病数及新增死亡数都居高不下。近几年来,关于肺癌的治疗已经取得了比较大的进展,无论是患者生存期还是生活质量均有提高。随着分子生物学的飞速发展,人们对肿瘤的发生发展的认识已从传统的组织学水平逐渐深入到分子水平。
