泰勒与派纳理论对我国高校教学督导工作的启示 被引量:1

摘要 美国课程论专家泰勒提出了课程开发的规范化程序,被公认为是科学化课程开发理论的里程碑;美国课程论专家派纳突破了泰勒的理论,追求"解放兴趣",致力于"课程理解"的研究。分析了现阶段我国高校教学督导工作中存在的一些问题,认为泰勒理论与派纳理论对于规范和创新高校教学督导工作具有一定的启示。泰勒理论对我国高校教学督导工作的启示是:明确教学督导工作目标;发挥评价在教学督导工作中的重要作用;建立规范化的制度,使教学督导工作更加有序地进行。派纳理论对我国高校教学督导工作的启示是:高校教学督导工作应该强调灵活性,高校教学督导人员与被督导对象是"合作"的关系。 The American curriculum theory expert Taylor proposed the standardization process of the curriculum development. It's known as the milestone of scientific curriculum development theory. The American curriculum theory expert Peine broke the Taylor's theory. He pursued "the liberation of interest" and dedicated to the research of "the understanding of the course". Thinking Taylor's theory and Peine's theory have certain enlightenment for specification and innovative teaching supervision work in colleges and universities, the paper analyzes some problems existing in the teaching supervision work in our country's colleges and universities at present. The enlightenment of Taylor's theory on teaching supervision work in our country's colleges and universities: Clarifying the target of teaching supervision work; Making evaluation play an important role in the teaching supervision work; Establishing a standardized system to make the teaching supervision work more orderly. The enlightenment of Peine's theory on teaching supervision work in our country's colleges and universities: The teaching supervision work should emphasize flexibility; The relationship between teaching supervision personnel and the supervision objects in colleges and universities is "cooperation".
