国际经贸人才培养与企业需求差异性分析

党的十八届三中全会明确指出,建设开放型新经济体制是全面深化改革的主要任务之一。传统的国际经贸人才培养模式很难适应当前社会经济的发展,我们需要改变固有的思维方式,从社会人力资源结构、国际竞争力等角度重新审视在国际环境下经贸人才的发展模式,以此增强人才的竞争力。
