对县支行国库履职中存在的问题及建议——以鞍山市为例

国库工作作为人民银行县支行的基础业务,其核算质量的高低直接关系到整个央行体系的安全运行,决定着基层央行履职的有效性。根据沈阳分行国库处《关于开展县支库履职情况调查的通知》的要求,鞍山市人民银行就县支行国库履职过程中存在的问题进行了调查,并分析了问题产生的原因,同时有针对性的提出了对策建议。
